《课程标准》明确指出:“教师是学生学习活动的组织者、引导者和亲密的伙伴,对学生在学习活动中的表现应给予充分的理解与尊重,并以自己的教学行为对学生产生积极的影响。”通过一年多的实践探索,我们初步探索到一些指导策略,意在通过研究,找到教师指导的基本思路,探索教师的指导策略,并以此指导教师的行为,使教师在研究过程中进一步转变角色,摆正地位,使学生在活动中的主体地位更为突出,得到真正意义上的发展。
