人们不能发挥创造力的原因有多种多样,在一个企业,员工要提高和发挥自己的创造力和创新思维,必须做到突破许多思维障碍。这些障碍就是“心锁”,把心灵囚禁在常识、陈规和许许多多貌似合理的标准中,使自己失去了创造力。 其一,只有一个正确答案。“只有一个正确答案”使人们往往局限于对事物的惟一性认识,其实世界是丰富多彩的,生活也是不确定的,它有很多正确答案。员工在思维中如果只探求一个答案,这不是解决问题的最根本方法,也不是最佳方法。我们应该努力去寻找第二个,第三个。
There are many reasons why people can not exert their creativity. In an enterprise, employees must break through many thinking obstacles if they want to improve their creativity and creative thinking.
