使用光热法、电刺激法、化学刺激法、模拟成痛经、牙痛、三叉神经痛等模型以观察桂参止痛合剂对各种疼痛的疗效。结果表明 ,桂参止痛合剂 5、10、2 0ml kg剂量组可使家兔对热辐射所致疼痛反应的阈值明显提高 ;对电刺激家兔齿髓所产生咀嚼运动和摆头反应有明显的抑制作用 ,可明显提高家兔对电刺激所致疼痛反应的阈值 ;可明显抑制K+所致大鼠三叉神经痛 ;可极明显地抑制缩宫素所致大鼠痛经扭体反应的次数及发生率 ;可极明显抑制前列腺素E1所致小鼠子宫痉挛扭体反应的次数。
Photothermic method, electrical stimulation method, chemical stimulation method, simulated dysmenorrhea, toothache, trigeminal neuralgia and other models were used to observe the efficacy of Guishenzhitong mixture on various pains. The results showed that the doses of 5, 10, and 20ml kg of Guishenzhitong mixture can significantly increase the threshold of pain response induced by thermal radiation in rabbits; there are obvious chewing motions and swinging head responses to electrical stimulation of rabbit pulp. Inhibitory effect can significantly increase the threshold of pain response induced by electrical stimulation in rabbits; it can significantly inhibit K+-induced trigeminal neuralgia in rats; and can significantly inhibit the frequency and occurrence of dystonia in rat dysmenorrhea caused by oxytocin. Rate; can significantly inhibit the prostaglandin E1 induced mouse uterine twitch body reaction times.
