本次进行了实验室和现场调查,为确定长期服硒对人体健康的影响提供使用剂量与方法的科学依据。1 观察结果1.1 病区水、土、粮硒监测结果表明,牡丹江市饮用水、土壤和粮食中的硒明显低于非病区。1.2 不同时期发硒监测结果。在服硒前、口服亚硒酸钠期间、服硒碘盐期间与服硒碘盐六年后的四个时期,测定8~10岁儿童发硒。结果表明四个时期儿童发硒含量具有显著性差异(P<0.005),服硒前发硒含量最低,约为正常值的一半,服硒后体内高于正常值近一倍,服硒盐后效果更好,说明晒盐的加硒方法可靠,保证人体对硒的吸收。
