作者在1981-1985年间采用骨髓细胞24小时培养法和R、G显带技术对184例急非淋作了染色体研究,结果发现3例M_2有一致的t(8;16)(p11;p13)。 3例均为女性,年龄分别为13.5、29和59岁,外周白细胞数分别为3.9、2和4.9×10~9/L。骨髓中原始细胞百分比分别为89、85和73。例一的原始细胞胞体大、核圆、核浆比例低、胞浆和核上可见许多嗜天青颗粒。例二除有和例一同样特点的原始细胞外,30%的原始细胞核浆比例较高、颗粒较少,20%的细胞同时具有早幼粒细胞和幼单细胞的特征。例三的幼稚细胞中50%显示上述核浆比例高或低的特点,其余
From 1981 to 1985, the authors performed a chromosome study of 184 cases of acute non-lymphocyst using 24-hour culture of bone marrow cells and R and G banding techniques. The results showed that 3 cases of M2 had a consistent t(8;16)(p11;p13). . All 3 cases were female, with ages of 13.5, 29 and 59 years respectively, and peripheral white blood cell counts were 3.9, 2 and 4.9 x 10-9/L, respectively. The percentage of blast cells in the bone marrow was 89, 85, and 73, respectively. The primordial cell of Example 1 had a large cell body, a round nucleus, a low proportion of nucleus pulposus, and many azurophilic granules in the cytoplasm and nucleus. In addition to the original cells with the same characteristics as in Example 1, Example 2 has a high proportion of 30% nucleus pulposus and less particles, and 20% of cells have the characteristics of promyelocytes and young single cells at the same time. 50% of the naive cells in Example 3 showed the above-mentioned characteristics of high or low nucleus pulposus.
