对于在用的汽车、拖拉机与工程机械用发动机来说,是无法采用示功器同时测录各缸示功图并据以评判各缸的燃烧过程的。本文介绍了一种根据飞轮瞬时转速诊断发动机各缸燃烧差异的方法,并以R4102及R6102工程机械用柴油机为例,研究探讨了根据多缸机飞轮瞬时转速推求各缸间燃烧压力差异的原理。文中对推求偏差进行了分析讨论,得出在压缩上止点后10℃A~80℃A期间,各缸间燃烧压力差值的推求偏差在±0.1MPa。
For used cars, tractors and construction machinery engines, it is impossible to use the dynamometer to simultaneously measure each cylinder dynamometer and judge the combustion process of each cylinder accordingly. In this paper, a method to diagnose the combustion difference of each cylinder of an engine based on the instantaneous speed of flywheel is introduced. Taking the R4102 and R6102 engineering machinery diesel engines as an example, the principle of deducing the difference of combustion pressure among cylinders based on the instantaneous speed of multi-cylinder flywheel is discussed. In this paper, the deviations are estimated and discussed, and the deduced deviation of the combustion pressure difference between cylinders is ± 0.1MPa during the period of 10 ℃ A ~ 80 ℃ A after compression top dead center.
