长期以来眼科医生注意到原发性青光眼的酸硷平衡。Meesmann宣称酸硷平衡紊乱(硷中毒)是青光眼的病因。继之,其他作者也进行了研究,但未取得一致意见。Sevcik将研究此问题的学者分为三组:(1)认为青光眼伴发于酸中毒,(2)伴硷中毒,(3)青光眼与酸硷平衡无关。鉴于对此问题的矛盾意见,作者试图作进一步研究。方法:按常规从手指取血样,用微分析仪测定酸硷平衡。对象为50例原发性青光眼病人,男27,女23,年龄21-86岁。其中开角型青光眼43(包括2青年性),闭角型7。病人均经保守治疗失败后进行手术治疗。检查之前,病人均未服用任何会影响酸硷平衡的药物。结果:在50例原发性青光眼中仅发现5例有酸硷平衡紊乱,其他45人正常。此5例中(均男性),4例为开角型,1闭角型;其酸硷平衡紊乱都是由于其他病引起,
Ophthalmologists have long noticed the acid-base balance of primary glaucoma. Meesmann claims that acid-base balance disorders (alkalosis) are the cause of glaucoma. In the meantime, other authors also conducted research but did not agree. Sevcik divides the scholars studying this issue into three groups: (1) that glaucoma is associated with acidosis, (2) with alkalosis, and (3) that glaucoma is not associated with acid-base balance. In view of the contradictory opinions on this issue, the author attempts to make further research. Methods: Blood samples were taken from the finger as usual and the pH was measured with a microanalyser. Subjects were 50 patients with primary glaucoma, male 27, female 23, aged 21-86 years. Including open-angle glaucoma 43 (including 2 youth), angle-type 7. Patients after conservative treatment failed surgery. Before the test, the patient did not take any medication that affected the acid-base balance. Results: In 50 cases of primary glaucoma, only 5 cases found acid-base balance disorder, the other 45 normal.
