断层煤柱区应力集中程度高,采深较大时,冲击矿压危险性大。运用综合指数法对某矿断层煤柱区工作面冲击矿压危险性进行了分级预测,采用短钻孔注水的方法进行防治。钻屑法和巷道变形监测效果表明,煤层注水后,煤粉量低于具有冲击矿压危险的临界值,巷道变形增加量显著,消除了该工作面的冲击矿压危险,保证了安全高效生产。
The stress concentration in the pillar area is high. When the mining depth is large, the rock burst pressure is dangerous. The comprehensive index method was used to classify the danger of rock burst in working face of a coal pillar in a fault and to prevent it by adopting the method of water injection with short borehole. Drilling cuttings and roadway deformation monitoring results show that the amount of coal dust is lower than the critical value with the impact of rock burst pressure after coal seam water injection, the deformation of the roadway increases significantly, eliminating the danger of rock burst and ensuring safe and efficient production .
