“专家系统”诞生30多年来,因其广泛的应用范围和能产生巨大的经济效益而得到迅速的发展,现已成为人工智能的三大研究前沿(其余两个为模式识别和智能机器人)之一。民航飞机的可靠性要求极高,其故障的有效预防及准确排除,对确保飞机的安全飞行及正常运营具有重要意义。随着以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)在现代维修工程理论中的确立和普及,将“专家系统”与民航飞机的排故工作结合起来,实现排故工作的自动化与智能化,将成为现代民航飞机维修的趋势。本文从专家系统的角度,对 A320飞机的智能维护与排故专家系统进行了剖析和研究,提出了专家系统应用于飞机排故的方法和途径。
More than 30 years after the birth of “expert system”, its rapid development due to its wide range of applications and great economic benefits has now become the top three research frontiers of artificial intelligence (the other two are pattern recognition and intelligent robots )one. Civil aircraft reliability requirements extremely high, the failure to effectively prevent and accurately exclude, to ensure the safe flight and normal operation of the aircraft is of great significance. With the establishment and popularization of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) in modern maintenance engineering theory, “expert system” is combined with the troubleshooting work of civil aircraft to realize the automation and intelligence of troubleshooting work, Will become a modern civil aircraft maintenance trend. From the perspective of expert system, this paper analyzes and studies the intelligent maintenance and troubleshooting expert system of A320 aircraft, and puts forward the methods and ways of expert system for aircraft troubleshooting.
