本文研究的目的是探析当前高职市场营销课程实训教学中存在的主要问题及其对策。全文分为两部分,第一部分指出存在的三个基本问题,分别是实训教学软硬条件不能满足需要,实训教学内容和方式“知识本位”化,学生实训教学成绩评定方式不合理;第二部分提出解决问题的对策:校内外实训基地建设双管齐下,推进基于能力本位的实训教学改革,建立科学合理的学生实训成绩考评体系。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the main problems and their countermeasures in the practical teaching of vocational marketing courses. The full text is divided into two parts. The first part points out that there are three basic problems, namely, the soft and hard conditions of practical training can not meet the needs, the contents and methods of practical training “knowledge standard”, and the evaluation methods of practical training for students are not Reasonable; the second part proposes the solution to the problem: the construction of the training base inside and outside the school has been carried out in both directions, promoting the practical training reform based on ability-based, and establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system for students’ practical training.
