随着时代的发展,企业间的竞争压力越来越大。而我国经济发展也处于上升阶段,在这样的情况下,人力资源管理的重要性更为突出。人力资源管理不仅能够使企业的利益最大化,还可充分调控组织的指挥和计划。但随着企业文化的不断发展,很多企业开始不满意本企业的经验管理,为了更完善的管理企业,促进企业发展,出现了人力资源外包机构。但任何事物的发展都是双面的,因此,人力资源管理外包也具有一定的风险。本文通过对人力资源管理的外包存在的问题分析,对人力资源管理外包风险对策进行了探讨。
With the development of the times, the pressure of competition among enterprises is getting bigger and bigger. However, the economic development of our country is also on the rise. Under such circumstances, the importance of human resources management is even more prominent. Human resource management can not only maximize the benefits of the enterprise, but also fully control the organization’s command and planning. However, with the continuous development of corporate culture, many enterprises began to be dissatisfied with the experience management of the enterprise. In order to better manage the enterprise and promote the development of the enterprise, a human resource outsourcing organization emerged. However, the development of anything is two-sided, therefore, human resource management outsourcing also has some risks. In this paper, we analyze the existing problems of human resource management outsourcing and discuss the risk management of human resource management outsourcing.
