按照《中长期铁路网规划》,预计到“十二五”期末,中国高速铁路达1.6万公里以上,平均每公里造价1.14亿元计算,“十二五”期间高铁的总投资约为1.875万亿元。虽然众多中国企业已经纷纷“搭上”高铁,但在高端配套领域,却严重依赖进口,被国外企业技术垄断。本文主要讲述高铁客车重要零件枕梁,加工过程中遇到的几个难点及相应的解决方案,并最终实现国产化。
