计算机网络系统在基本医疗保险的实施当中占有极其重要的位置。建立起一整套完善的系统,对保证开展好基本医疗保险工作的意义重大。 目前,国内一些正在开展基本医疗保险的地区,已经建立了不同形式的计算机网络系统,开发出了相应的软件。这些系统程序虽各有特点,但尚不规范,存在着以下一些不足: (1)个别地区系统程序的建立一次性投资太大,高达几百万、上千万。这个数额使拟推进医改工作的地区望而生畏。 (2)适用性差。个别地区虽然投入了大量的资金,但实际运行的效果不好,有的根本就不能正常运行。某地委托一家国内知名的大计算机公司组建网络系统,共投入1200多万元,但至今仍无法运行。
