德育是教育的重要组成部分之一,2004年中共中央国务院《关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》的颁布凸显了国家对青少年思想道德发展的重视。学生思想道德发展测评是德育工作诸环节中的重要一环,也是北京市教委德育工作的重心之一。开展学生思想道德发展测评可以测查和了解某一地区在某一阶段的德育工作成效,及时发现学校德育工作及学生思想道德发展中存在的问题,从而为德育决策提供依据。
Moral education is an important part of education. In 2004, the promulgation of the “Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors” issued by the State Council of the CPC Central Committee highlights the state’s emphasis on the development of ideological and moral education among young people. The evaluation of student’s moral development is an important part in all aspects of moral education and one of the focuses of moral education in Beijing. Carrying out the assessment of students ’ideological and ethical development can test and understand the effectiveness of moral education at a certain stage in a certain region, find out the problems in the moral education work and the development of students’ ideology in time, and provide the basis for moral decision-making.
