目的:研究哈蟆油非水溶性成分酶解物抗疲劳生物活性。方法:采用碱性蛋白酶酶解法制备哈蟆油非水溶性成分酶解物。以哈蟆油非水溶性成分酶解物高、中、低(0.6g/kg,0.3g/kg,0.15g/kg)3个剂量组对小鼠进行连续灌胃给药30天,空白对照组给予等体积蒸馏水,分别观察小鼠负重游泳时间、血清尿素氮含量、肝糖原含量、血乳酸含量等指标的变化。结果:中剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间与对照组比较时间显著延长(P<0.05),低剂量组肝糖原与对照组比较含量显著增加(P<0.05),各剂量组血乳酸曲线下面积与对照组比较显著减小(P<0.01),各剂量组血清尿素氮与对照组比较含量均无显著下降(P>0.05)。结论:哈蟆油非水溶性成分酶解物具有明显抗疲劳作用。
Objective: To study the antifatigue bioactivity of non-water soluble components of Rana oil. Methods: Alkaline protease enzymatic hydrolysis of Ruglans oil insoluble components of the hydrolyzate. The mice were continuously gavaged for 30 days with high, medium and low (0.6g / kg, 0.3g / kg, 0.15g / kg) Group were given equal volume of distilled water, respectively, the mice weight-bearing swimming time, serum urea nitrogen content, hepatic glycogen content, blood lactic acid content and other indicators of change. Results: Compared with the control group, the time of weight-bearing swimming in middle dose group was significantly longer (P <0.05), the content of hepatic glycogen in the low dose group was significantly increased compared with the control group (P <0.05), and the area under the blood lactate curve (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, serum urea nitrogen in each dose group showed no significant decrease (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Hydrolyzate of water-soluble components of Rana oil has significant anti-fatigue effect.
