目的探讨宫颈癌WNT信号通路与干细胞相关基因SOX-2传导通路蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达意义。方法选择浙江省永康市第一人民医院病理科收集的正常子宫颈组织标本20例(对照组)、宫颈鳞癌组织标本40例(宫颈癌组),检测两组标本的SOX-2、β-catenin、C-myc的表达并进行比较。结果宫颈癌组的SOX-2、C-myc、β-catenin高表达率分别为82.50%、7.50%、80.00%,均显著的高于对照组的15.00%、22.00%、15.00%(P<0.05)。宫颈癌组织中SOX-2、C-myc、β-catenin的阳性高表达与肿瘤组织的分化程度具有一定的关系(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中的SOX-2、C-myc、β-catenin高表达率显著的高于正常宫颈组织,SOX-2、C-myc、β-catenin高表达与宫颈癌的分化程度具有一定的关系。
Objective To investigate the significance of WNT signaling pathway and SOX-2 signaling pathway in cervical cancer. Methods Twenty cases of normal cervical tissue collected from Department of Pathology, First People ’s Hospital of Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province (control group) and 40 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (cervical cancer group) were collected. SOX - 2, catenin, C-myc expression and comparison. Results The high expression rates of SOX-2, C-myc and β-catenin in cervical cancer group were 82.50%, 7.50% and 80.00%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in control group (15.00%, 22.00%, 15.00% ). The positive expression of SOX-2, C-myc and β-catenin in cervical cancer tissues had a certain relationship with the differentiation of tumor tissues (P <0.05). Conclusion The high expression rates of SOX-2, C-myc and β-catenin in cervical cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal cervical tissues. The high expression of SOX-2, C-myc and β-catenin had correlation with the differentiation of cervical cancer relationship.
