随着医学的进步和医疗模式的改变,人们对医疗服务的需求也越来越高.为了提高护理服务质量,目前世界许多国家都在积极改革护理工作形式,我国也在积极开展能级管理,优质护理服务[1].如何充分发挥高学历护理人员的专业优势,稳定护理人才和确保护理人力资源,为患者提供更加优质的护理服务,是当今医疗卫生单位面临的难点和热点.
