近期,因石棉资源的缺乏等问题,人们希望在摩擦材料中不用石棉,因而开发除石棉外的纤维用作离合器片、刹车片、石棉垫等摩擦材料的研究工作。如采用玻璃纤维制作摩擦材料时,掺加象苯酚、尿素及蜜胺树脂等热硬性树脂来进行浸渍处理。但发现此时的制品有许多地方不如采用石棉纤维的,如:树脂的耐久性差、易脱落、制造操作困难。制品的耐磨性能差、研磨时易产生磨面起毛等缺陷。还发现制品在进行固化时变形大,易产生大量的空孔等。为全面解决代用纤维所产生的问题,本专利提供了可靠的专利技术。
