一、前言工具堆焊是各种节省高速钢方法中最有效的一种,它能用气体堆焊或电弧堆焊等方法进行而适应不同的要求。在堆焊过程中,不可免的会造成合金元素的烧损,堆焊层内碳、钨、铬、钒含量有较大的变化,经常呈现过热的碳化物网状组织,使堆焊质量受到影响。电弧堆焊法应用相当广泛,可是此法在技术上不够完善,电弧区内的过程不能调整,到目前为止,还不能保证堆焊层有良好的严量和均匀性。如何有效的提高堆焊工具的质量,尤其是当堆焊后的成份与标准成份有较大偏离
First, the foreword Tools Surfacing is a variety of high-speed steel to save the most effective method, it can use gas surfacing or arc surfacing and other methods to adapt to different requirements. In the process of surfacing, it inevitably causes the burning of the alloying elements. The content of carbon, tungsten, chromium and vanadium in the surfacing layer is greatly changed, and the overheated carbide network structure often appears, causing the quality of surfacing to be affected influences. Arc welding method is widely used, but this method is not perfect in technology, the arc zone can not be adjusted within the process, so far, can not guarantee a good surfacing layer of strict quality and uniformity. How to effectively improve the quality of surfacing tools, especially when the surfacing after the composition and the standard components have a greater deviation
