癌基因很可能左右着瘤细胞对各种治疗的反应性,本研究将6大类癌基因的代表性基因导入到NIH3T3细胞中,使其发生转化,利用这些只含有1个活化癌基因的细胞调查了它们对阿霉素(Adriamycin,ADM)的敏感性。结果表明细胞对ADM的敏感性因导入癌基因的种类不同而不同,癌基因产物可能影响着ADM的摄取和排泄,加温(42℃)可消除癌基因对细胞的这种影响力。
Oncogenes are likely to control the response of tumor cells to various treatments. In this study, representative genes of the six major oncogenes were introduced into NIH3T3 cells to transform them, and these cells containing only one activated oncogene were used. Their sensitivity to Adriamycin (ADM) was investigated. The results showed that the sensitivity of cells to ADM varies depending on the type of oncogene introduced. Oncogene products may affect the uptake and excretion of ADM. Warming (42°C) may eliminate this effect of oncogenes on cells.
