本文提出的复合材料层板结构的优化设计方法,不仅考虑了面内问题的宏观特性,而且考虑了层间应力分布的不均匀性。用面内弹性模量和层间应力分别作为设计空间的约束函数和目标函数。用非线性程序SUMT法确定最佳铺层方向。给出了一些典型的层板优化设计结果。
The optimal design method of composite laminates proposed in this paper not only considers the macroscopic characteristics of the in-plane problem, but also considers the non-uniformity of the stress distribution between layers. The in-plane elastic modulus and the interlaminar stress are respectively used as the constraint function and the objective function in the design space. The non-linear program SUMT method to determine the best direction of lay. Some typical laminate optimization design results are given.
