近几年来,沈阳市东陵区总工会认真贯彻执行全总提出的工会工作“五突破一加强”的方针和市总的统一部署,加大在非公有制企业建会的力度,先后组建起了满融村、民营工业加工区、小羊安工业园区、泉园商业一条街、丰乐商业一条街、南塔农业大厅、泉园社区等7个基层工会联合会。通过这一组织创新,使工会组织进入了439家中小私营企业,吸收了2350余名职工入会,实现了“哪里有职工就在哪里建会”的要求,也为工会经费收入开辟了新的增长点。 工会联合会的财务工作现状如何,应当如何加强?这是一个值得研究的课题。回顾几年来的实践过程,把我区的基本做法浓缩成一句话,就是努力争取财务工作与建会工作同步进行。区总工会财务部门采取积极主动的姿态,在每个工会联合会成立时,帮助其建立独立
In recent years, the Federation of Trade Unions in Dongling District of Shenyang has conscientiously implemented the principle of “five breakthroughs and one strengthening” in the trade union work and the unified arrangements of the city as a whole, and has stepped up efforts to establish non-public-owned enterprises.
