如何抓好培训工作已成为众多企业面临的一项难题,培训工作年年搞,但却少有起色,培训项目做得不少,花的钱不少,却没有达到预期的目标。培训工作不是一个单项工作,而是众多体系有机的结合和集成。培训要有成效,首先要确保员工有参与培训学习的动力,其次还要确保有评判培训效果甚至成果的机制。
