第一条为加强中小学教材价格管理,规范中小学教材价格行为,根据《国务院办公厅转发体改办等部门关于降低中小学教材价格深化教材管理体制改革意见的通知》(国办发[2001]34号)的精神,依据《中华人民共和国价格法》等有关法律、法规的规定,制定本办法。第二条本办法所称中小学教材(以下简称教材)是指列入教育部和省级教育行政部门颁布的《中小学教学用书目录》的学生用书。第三条凡在中华人民共和国境内从事教材出版、发行的单位,以及编写教材的单位和个人,均应遵守本办法。第四条教材零售价格由省、自治区、
