韶关市妇幼保健院暨妇女儿童医院自1991年以来,从强化管理入手,积极拓宽改革的深度和广度,使医院建设得到了较快发展,1996年比1990年业务收入增长5.8倍,固定资产增长7倍,职工福利增加5倍多。医院克服“等、靠、要”的思想,以自筹资金为主,多渠道集资达1600多万元,新建住院大楼一栋7200m~2,新建门诊大楼4200m~2,新盖职工住宅楼2200m~2,新建了占地面积1000m~2的园林,购置了万元以上先进医疗设备43台(件),综合实力和社会竞争力大大加强。医院两个文明建设成绩显著,1992年被授予广东省妇幼卫生先进单位称号,1993年被评为韶关市

In 1993, it was named Shaoguan City.
