目的 :近年来我国医疗体制改革不断推进,深化医疗体制改革已经进入深水区,但是基层医院仍然存在发展缓慢等问题。在新一轮医改中基层医院应该如火如荼把握机遇、迎接挑战,如何实现在竞争中生存与发展,如何实现公益性与医院效益的双赢,这是一个让人深思,牵动着政府、卫生管理部门以及基层医院内心的重要问题。方法 :采取对照研究的方法,选取我院以及本地小型三甲医院患者及医务工作者为调查对象,采用问卷调查方法。结果:基层医院存在医疗设备差、医护配比不黑、科研能力差、综合学历较低等情况。结论:日后工作需要做到服务好基层人民群众的医疗,同时更多的融入社会医疗资源,通过规范管理提高工作效率,不断提升医院综合实力,调整业务结构,做到保质量、抓业务、创品牌。结合自身与当地区域环境特征,不断探索出一条适合自身发展的道路。
OBJECTIVE: In recent years, the medical system reform in our country has been continuously promoted. Deepening the reform of the medical system has entered the Sham Shui Po District. However, there are still some problems such as the slow development in primary hospitals. In the new round of medical reform, grass-roots hospitals should seize the opportunity in full swing to meet the challenges, how to achieve survival and development in the competition, and how to achieve a win-win situation between the public welfare and the hospital’s benefits. This is a thought-provoking and influencing government, health management department and Primary hospital heart of the important issues. Methods: To take a comparative study of methods, select our hospital and local small A-level hospital patients and medical workers as the survey object, the use of questionnaires. Results: There were some problems in primary hospitals such as poor medical equipment, inadequate medical and nursing care ratio, poor research ability and low comprehensive academic qualifications. Conclusion: The future work needs to be done to serve the grassroots people’s medical care, and at the same time more social resources into the community through standardized management to improve work efficiency, and constantly improve the overall strength of the hospital, adjust the business structure, so as to ensure quality, focus on business, create Brand. Combined with its own and the characteristics of the local environment, continue to explore a suitable path for their own development.
