为了解英语师范生的自主学习能力和教学责任观的水平,以及二者之间的关系,选择某重点师范院校英语专业一至三年级的学生170名作为调查对象。调查结果表明,英语师范生的自主学习能力和教学责任观处于中等偏上水平;不同年级学生的自主学习能力和教学责任观不存在显著性差异;自主学习能力与教学责任观有显著的正相关关系,其三个因子对教学责任观有显著的预示作用,其中自我管理学习能力的预示作用最大。
In order to understand the level of autonomous learning and teaching responsibility of ESL students and the relationship between them, 170 students from the first to third grade of English major in a key normal university were selected as the survey subjects. The survey results show that the independent study ability and the teaching responsibility view of English normal students are on the upper middle level. There is no significant difference between the students’ ability of independent study and the teaching responsibility in different grades. There is a significant positive correlation between the self-directed learning ability and the teaching responsibility view Relationship, the three factors on the teaching responsibility concept has a significant predictor role, of which self-management learning ability is the most predictive.
