本文论证了过去一直沿用的测量微光管球面屏荧光粉载量的方法——重量差法,对于精确测量不同球冠高度h的球面屏的荧光粉载量来说,是不适用的。接着提出了一种能够精确测定微光管球面屏荧光粉载量的新方法——固定面积法,解决了长期以来载量测不准的问题。这种方法具有测量精度高,可事先控制粉层厚度的优点。将固定面积法进行简化处理后,构成查表法,查表法使用简便,工效高,并能保证一定的精度。本文对固定面积法和查表法做了误差估计,还对几种测量方法进行了比较。
This article demonstrates that the conventional method of measuring the phosphor load of a small screen spherical screen, the weight difference method, is not suitable for accurately measuring the phosphor screen load of a spherical screen with different height h. Then a new method that can accurately measure the fluorescent powder load of the spherical tube of the micromirror is proposed, that is, the fixed area method, which solves the problem that the load measurement is not accurate for a long time. This method has the advantages of high measuring accuracy and controllable thickness of powder layer in advance. The fixed area method to simplify the processing, constitute the look-up table method, look-up table method is simple to use, high efficiency, and can guarantee a certain accuracy. This article made an error estimation of the fixed area method and look-up table method, and compared several measurement methods.
