电击损伤程度取决于电流的种类和强度、电压、人体与导体的接触方式和人体的电阻等因素,其中电压为主要因素之一。电压越高,通过人体的电流越大,伤害越重。笔者检验一起不慎高压电击死亡的案件,仅右手损伤较重,而其他损伤却不明显。1案例资料1.1简要案情及现场勘查雷某,男,29岁。某日下午在水渠边钓鱼时,鱼竿不慎碰到10kV电线上触电身亡。现场提取的抽拉式黑色钓竿已断为4节,断端伴有烧灼痕。
The degree of electric shock damage depends on the type and intensity of current, voltage, the contact between human body and conductor and the resistance of human body, among which voltage is one of the main factors. The higher the voltage, the greater the current through the body, the harder it is. The author examined the case of death by accidental high-voltage electric shock, only right hand injury heavier, while other injuries are not obvious. 1 Case Information 1.1 Brief Case Studies and Site Investigation Lei Mou, male, 29 years old. One day fishing in the ditch on the afternoon, the fishing rod inadvertently hit 10kV wire electric shock death.
