近年来发展了一种电感耦合等离子体法(简称ICP),能在极短时间内对多种元素进行同时测定。样品流入量甚少。此种方法能在2分钟内测试一个样品,其中包括换样时间在内。经验证明,对岩石痕星元素测定,ICP是一种高效而优越的技术。此法已在很多方面,如石油工业、冶金、农业、医学、环境监测等得到广泛应用。此外,液气包裹体的化学组分也用爆裂ICP法测定。
In recent years, the development of an inductively coupled plasma (ICP), in a very short period of time for the simultaneous determination of a variety of elements. Sample inflow is poor. This method can test a sample within 2 minutes, including the sample change time. Experience has shown that ICP is an efficient and superior technology for the determination of rock-scarred elements. This method has been widely used in many aspects, such as petroleum industry, metallurgy, agriculture, medicine, environmental monitoring and so on. In addition, the chemical composition of the liquid inclusions was also determined by burst ICP method.
