采用15MnNiNbDR国产钢板制造400m~3丙烯球罐,针对低温压力容器用钢的特点,制定了合理的焊接和热处理工艺,焊接工艺评定及现场安装均获得了满意的效果,满足了丙烯球罐焊接接头的低温冲击韧性要求。
The 15mNNNNDR domestic steel plate is used to manufacture 400m ~ 3 propylene spherical tank. According to the characteristics of low temperature pressure vessel steel, a reasonable welding and heat treatment process is developed.
