高职教育应坚持培养面向生产、管理、服务第一线需要的下得去、留得住、用得上的实践能力强,具有良好职业道德的高技能人才。要达到这一培养目标,必须高度重视学生的职业能力培养,根据市场和社会需要,不断更新教学内容,改进教学方法。而加强学生实践能力和职业技能的培养,必须有计划地加强和改进实训教学环节,实施职业能力培养,校内实训环境的建设作为学生基础知识和能力的培养条件显的尤为重要。
Higher vocational education should insist on cultivating high-skilled personnel who are qualified to produce, manage and serve the needs of the front line. They should be able to survive, retain practical ability, and have good professional ethics. To achieve this goal, we must attach great importance to the cultivation of students’ professional abilities, constantly update teaching contents and improve teaching methods according to market and social needs. In order to strengthen students’practical ability and vocational skills training, it is necessary to systematically strengthen and improve practical teaching and training, carry out professional ability training, and establish the training environment in the school as the training condition of students’ basic knowledge and ability.
