本文动态、系统地观察了32例小儿急性白血病患者不同病期的红细胞免疫功能变化,结果表明急性未治期红细胞C_3b受体(RBCC_3bR),红细胞免疫粘附促进因子(RFER),肿瘤红细胞花环(Tumor—RBC)均明显低于正常对照组,红细胞免疫复合物(RBC—IC),红细胞免疫粘附抑制因子(RFIR)则明显高于对照组(P值均<0.001)。诱导治疗中期未缓解时红细胞免疫功能各指标稍有恢复。完全缓解期红细胞免疫功能明显恢复,接近正常对照组。实验中观察到RBCC_3bR与白血病细胞成反比,RFIR则与白血病细胞成正比,随着治疗效果增强,幼稚细胞减少,二者有
