目的 :探讨纳米蒙脱石对金黄色葡萄球菌的吸附作用。方法 :采用聚乙二醇 (PEG) /蒙脱石插层复合物的制备方法制备纳米蒙脱石 ,应用纳米蒙脱石和蒙脱石作细菌吸附实验。结果 :纳米蒙脱石和蒙脱石均无杀菌和抑菌作用 ,蒙脱石吸附率为 6 1.4 % ,PEG4 0 0插层的纳米蒙脱土的吸附率为 90 .3% ,PEG6 0 0 0插层的纳米蒙脱土吸附率为 73.8%。结论 :PEG插层的纳米蒙脱石比蒙脱石对细菌吸附性强 ,用PEG4 0 0插层的纳米蒙脱石的吸附性优于PEG6 0 0 0插层的纳米蒙脱石 ,为纳米蒙脱石应用于医药领域提供了证据
Objective: To investigate the adsorption of nano-montmorillonite on Staphylococcus aureus. Methods: Nano-montmorillonite was prepared by the preparation method of polyethylene glycol (PEG)/montmorillonite intercalation compound. Nano-montmorillonite and montmorillonite were used for bacterial adsorption experiments. Results: Both nano-montmorillonite and montmorillonite had no bactericidal and bacteriostatic effect, the adsorption rate of montmorillonite was 61.4%, and the adsorption rate of nano-montmorillonite with PEG400 intercalation was 90.3%. PEG6 0 0 The nano-montmorillonite adsorption rate was 73.8%. Conclusion: PEG-intercalated nano-montmorillonite has stronger adsorption ability than montmorillonite. The nano-montmorillonite intercalated with PEG400 has better adsorption than nano-montmorillonite intercalated with PEG600. Montmorillonite provided evidence in the field of medicine
