五月二十三日至六月三日,江苏省对外科技交流中心邀请了国际知名的食用菌专家曹继业博士等四人在南京师范学院举办了食用菌讲习班。这次讲习班,由澳大利亚悉尼大学微生物系副主任曹继业博士、香港中文大学生物系张树庭教授、澳大利亚新南威尔士州农业部高级科学家纳尔博士、澳大利亚维多利亚州墨尔本蘑菇场场长洛松,介绍了食用菌遗传育种、蘑菇栽培、菌种保藏以及病虫害防治等方面的理论和技术。
From May 23 to June 3, Jiangsu Science and Technology Exchange Center invited four internationally renowned edible fungus experts, Dr. Cao Jiye and others to hold edible mushroom workshops at Nanjing Normal University. Dr. Cao Jiye, Deputy Director of the Department of Microbiology, University of Sydney, Australia, Professor Zhang Shuting, Department of Biology, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Dr. Nal, Senior Scientist, Department of Agriculture, New South Wales, Australia, and Losson, Field Director, Melbourne Mushroom Farm, Victoria, Australia Edible mushroom genetics and breeding, mushroom cultivation, strain preservation and pest control and other aspects of theory and technology.
