老年人的日常活动参与状况对其身心健康有重要的影响,本文使用2015年北京郊区农村老年人养老调查数据和2012年北京老龄研究调查数据考察北京城乡老年人日常活动参与类型、参与比例和时间分配等状况,尝试建立老年人参与日常活动总和时长指标综合测度和比较城乡老年人日常活动参与时间。研究发现,看电视电影听广播和做家务是城乡老年人参与率高、平均时长较长的两项日常活动;城市老年人健身参与率和平均时长均高于朋友聚会聊天活动,而农村老年人健身参与率和平均时长均低于朋友聚会聊天活动;农村老年人劳动参与率远高于城市老年人工作参与率;城市老年人参与日常活动总和时长高于农村老年人2.1小时;城市地区老年人日常活动类型的丰富性高于农村地区。
The participation of daily activities of the elderly has an important impact on their physical and mental health. In this paper, we used the data of the 2015 rural Beijing elderly survey data and the Beijing urban elderly survey data to examine the types of participation in daily activities of urban and rural elderly in Beijing, Distribution and other conditions, trying to establish the elderly to participate in the sum of the daily activities of indicators and a comprehensive measure of the daily activities of urban and rural elderly to participate in the time. The study found that listening to radio and housework are two daily activities with a high participation rate and a long average length of urban and rural elderly. Participation rate and average length of participation of urban elderly are higher than that of friends’ gathering and chatting activities. Rural elderly Participation rate and average length of gym participation were lower than that of friends’ gathering and chatting activities. The labor participation rate of the elderly in rural areas was much higher than that of urban elders. The total participation of urban elderly in daily activities was 2.1 hours longer than that of rural elders. The type of daily activities is more abundant than in rural areas.
