从水稻根分离的粪产碱菌 A-15具有较高的固氮能力。它能与水稻建立联合固氮体系。粪产碱菌与水稻结合的部位主要是附着在根表,部分细菌可能进入稻根内部,但迄今未曾得到有力的证明。本工作应用稳定性同位素~(10)B 的α径迹分析方法,探索了粪产碱菌与水稻根的结合及其进入根内部的能力,同时也开拓了研究固氮体系的新方法。
Alcaligenes faecalis A-15, isolated from rice roots, has high nitrogen fixation capacity. It can establish a joint nitrogen fixation system with rice. The part of Alcaligenes faecalis that binds to rice is mainly attached to the root surface, and some bacteria may enter the inside of rice roots, but so far no strong proof has been obtained. In this work, α-track analysis method of stable isotope ~ (10) B was used to explore the combination of Alcaligenes faecalis and rice roots and their ability to enter the roots. At the same time, a new method of nitrogen fixation system was explored.
