本文研究了春小麦不同材料及植株的不同花粉来源对花粉离体培养效果的影响。试验结果表明:含花培品系的组合,其诱导率和绿苗率均高于不含花培品系的组合;F_1代材料的诱导率等明显高于分离世代和稳定品系;主穗的诱导率等高出分蘖穗一倍以上。
In this paper, we studied the effects of different pollen sources of spring wheat on pollen in vitro culture. The results showed that the combination of flower-cultured lines had higher induction rate and green shoot rate than those without flower-cultured lines. The induction rate of F 1 generation was significantly higher than that of isolated lines and stable lines. The induction rate of main ear Tilting spike equal to more than doubled.
