随着我国社会经济的发展,我国的政治体制建设日趋成熟,新形势下如何处理党政关系已经成为我国政治改革的主要议题之一。随着我国依法治国战略的推进,正确处理党政关系,有助于实现依法治国、依法治党。建设社会主义法治国家,实现伟大的中国梦,需要积极的推进依法治国战略,正确的处理党政关系。本文中,笔者结合自身的工作实际,探究了依法治国战略下的党政关系,希望能对我国的党政建设和推动法治化进程起到一定的积极作用。
With the development of our country’s social economy, the construction of our political system has matured. Under the new situation, how to handle the relationship between the party and the government has become one of the major topics in political reform in our country. With the promotion of the strategy of governing the country according to law and correctly handling the relationship between the party and the government, it is conducive to implementing the principle of governing the country according to law and governing the party according to law. To build a socialist country ruled by law and realize the great Chinese dream requires actively promoting the strategy of administering the country according to law and correctly handling the relationship between the party and the government. In this article, the author explores the relationship between the party and the government under the strategy of governing the country according to his own work, hoping to play a positive role in the process of building the party and government and promoting the rule of law in our country.
