招生是农广校生存和发展的基础。当前，由于受到社会诸多因素的影响，招生难问题已经制约着农广校的发展。如何适应市场经济的办学要求，组织生源、吸引生源、扩大生源，实现招生的新突破，是农广校亟待解决的问题。本文就招生的障碍因素、对策提出粗浅的认识，与同仁们商榷。
