目的：观察党参对小肠血流量和耗氧量的影响。方法：采用不同浓度的党参煎液置于在体狗小肠中，观察对小肠血流量和耗氧量的作用。并观察党参煎液对离体小肠粘膜耗氧量的影响。结果：发现党参煎液对狗在体小肠能明显增加其血流量及耗氧量并增加离体小肠粘膜耗氧量。结论：党参煎液有促进小肠生理功能的作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Dangshen on blood flow and oxygen consumption in small intestine. Methods: Different concentrations of Codonopsis decoction were placed in the dog’s small intestine to observe the effect on blood flow and oxygen consumption in the small intestine. And observe the effect of Codonopsis Decoction on oxygen consumption of isolated small intestinal mucosa. RESULTS: It was found that Dangshen decoction significantly increased blood flow and oxygen consumption in the small intestine of dogs and increased the oxygen consumption of isolated small intestinal mucosa. Conclusion: Codonopsis decoction can promote the physiological function of small intestine.
