在土培条件下,研究硼对棉花不同生育期磷的吸收、积累以及几种含磷化合物的影响。结果表明,棉花任一生育期,各器官无机磷及全磷含量与土壤有效硼含量呈显著负相关。缺硼及高硼均使棉花单株吸磷量显著降低。~(82)P示踪说明,随土壤有效硼增加,棉叶无机磷和脂溶性磷均下降;RNA也有下降趋势;DNA仅在苗期高硼时才显著下降,蕾期以后不受硼的影响;无论缺硼或高硼均使蛋白磷增加。
Under soil culture conditions, the effects of boron on phosphorus uptake and accumulation in different growth stages of cotton and the effect of several phosphorus-containing compounds were studied. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between inorganic phosphorus and total phosphorus content and available boron in soil during any growth period. Boron deficiency and boron are all significantly reduced phosphorus uptake by cotton plants. ~ (82) P tracing showed that with the increase of soil available boron, inorganic phosphorus and fat-soluble phosphorus of cotton leaves decreased; RNA also showed a downward trend; DNA only decreased significantly at high seedling boron stage; Affect; regardless of lack of boron or high boron protein phosphorus are increased.
