目的:建立饮用水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳含量的新检测方法。方法:确认本检测方法的实验条件,对顶空平衡温度、顶空平衡时间、顶空瓶摇动等条件进行优化。结果:测定结果显示,改进后的方法可大大缩短实验时间,方法灵敏度高,三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的方法检测限分别为0.020μg/L和0.0036μg/L,线性相关系数>0.9992,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)<4.0%,加标回收率在95.0%~114%。结论:改进后的方法更适用于饮用水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳大批量样品的检测。
Objective: To establish a new test method for the content of trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride in drinking water. Methods: The experimental conditions of this test method were confirmed, and the conditions such as headspace equilibrium temperature, headspace equilibrium time and headspace bottle shaking were optimized. Results: The results show that the improved method can greatly shorten the experiment time. The method has high sensitivity and the detection limits of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride are 0.020μg / L and 0.0036μg / L, respectively. The linear correlation coefficient is 0.9992, The relative standard deviations (RSD, n = 6) were less than 4.0%, and the recovery rates were between 95.0% and 114%. Conclusion: The improved method is more suitable for the detection of high volume samples of trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride in drinking water.
