以六水合硝酸锌和2-甲基咪唑为原料,以二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,以丙酮为纯化试剂,通过微波辅助加热法合成沸石咪唑酯骨架材料-8(ZIF-8),并采用XRD、BET和SEM对制得产物的结构与性能进行表征分析。研究结果表明,微波辅助加热法制备ZIF-8晶体的最佳工艺条件:当六水合硝酸锌和2-甲基咪唑的摩尔配合比为1∶4、反应时间为50min、反应温度为130℃时,可制得形貌为六棱柱、结晶度较高、比表面积较大的ZIF-8晶体,产率达到43.76%,比表面积达到1878.48m2/g。
The zeolite imidazole ester framework material-8 (ZIF-8) was synthesized by the microwave assisted heating method using dimethyl sulfoxide (DMF) as the solvent and acetone as the purification reagent using zinc nitrate hexahydrate and 2-methylimidazole as raw materials, The structures and properties of the obtained products were characterized by XRD, BET and SEM. The results show that the optimum conditions for preparing ZIF-8 crystals by microwave assisted heating are as follows: when the molar ratio of zinc nitrate hexahydrate and 2-methylimidazole is 1: 4, the reaction time is 50 min and the reaction temperature is 130 ℃ , The morphology was hexagonal prism, higher crystallinity, larger surface area of the ZIF-8 crystals, the yield was 43.76%, the specific surface area reached 1878.48m2 / g.
