With regard to China’s 14 trillion yuan of local government debt problems, relying on revenue from taxation and land sales may not be able to solve the problem because the available funds for this part are apparently very limited. At the same time, banks can not digest such a huge potential for loan losses. To solve this problem, the central government needs to take some measures.
