[目的]建立HPLC测定口服液类保健食品中牛磺酸含量的方法。[方法]采用2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)柱前衍生法进行测定,以Merk Lichrocart C18为色谱柱,磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH7.0)∶乙腈∶水(70∶18∶12)为流动相,检测波长为360nm。[结果]牛磺酸的线性范围为4.44~44.4μg/ml,r=0.9993(n=6),平均回收率98.9%,RSD为1.38%。[结论]该方法操作简便,重现性好,可适用于口服液类保健食品中牛磺酸的测定。
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of taurine in oral liquid health food by HPLC. [Method] The determination of 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB) pre-column derivatization was carried out on a Merk Lichrocart C18 column with a phosphate buffer solution (pH7.0): acetonitrile: water ) As the mobile phase, detection wavelength of 360nm. [Result] The linear range of taurine was 4.44 ~ 44.4μg / ml, r = 0.9993 (n = 6), the average recovery was 98.9% and the RSD was 1.38%. [Conclusion] The method is simple, reproducible and can be applied to the determination of taurine in oral liquid health food.
