近年来,邯矿集团各级女工组织围绕集团公司中心任务和工会工作大局,以“党组织有要求,行政有需要,女职工有期盼”为工作定位,谋划自身工作。公司工会女职工委员会确定了“以维护女职工合法权益为重点,以提升女职工素质为主线,以巾帼建功和安全协管为载体,以创建‘五型’女职工组织为目标”的女工工作总体思路。经过几年工作实践,科学运作,扎实推进,绩效共赢,已逐步成为集团公司女工工作的品牌。
In recent years, the Handan Mining Group at all levels of women’s organizations around the central task of the Corporation and the work of trade unions, “Party organizations have the requirements, administrative needs, women workers have the hope ” for the job orientation, planning their own work.
