目的建立动物源性食品中4种受体激动剂的固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用检测方法。方法利用固相萃取柱净化前处理技术,气相色谱串联质谱的方法测定动物组织中的4种受体激动剂,气相色谱选择HP-5MS苯基甲基聚硅氧烷弹性石英毛细管柱,SLW固相萃取柱净化,串联质谱进行检测。本实验方法应用固相萃取、气相色谱和质谱条件,共监测了30份动物组织。结果 4种受体激动剂在0~时线性良好,r>0.996,本方法检出限为,定量限为。结论本方法可以同时测定动物组织中4种受体激动剂,具有灵敏度高、准确度和选择性好等优点。
Objective To establish a solid phase extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) method for the determination of four kinds of receptor agonists in animal derived foods. Methods Four kinds of receptor agonists in animal tissues were determined by solid phase extraction column pretreatment and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS). HP-5MS phenylmethyl polysiloxane elastic quartz capillary column was selected by gas chromatography. Phase extraction column purification, tandem mass spectrometry for detection. The experimental method using solid-phase extraction, gas chromatography and mass spectrometry conditions, a total of 30 animal tissues were monitored. Results 4 kinds of receptor agonists in the 0 ~ linearity was good, r> 0.996, the detection limit of this method, the limit of quantification. Conclusion The method can simultaneously determine four kinds of receptor agonists in animal tissues with the advantages of high sensitivity, good accuracy and good selectivity.
