将平均流量模型与Hahn法求解思想结合起来,提出了计人表面粗糙度效应的动载轴承润滑分析的数值求解方法,考察了不同的轴颈方差比、表面方向参数和表面粗糙度对动载轴承润滑性能的影响。利用该算法分析了4105柴油机第一主轴承的润滑状态,计算结果表明:第一主轴承处于完全流体润滑状态,降低表面粗糙度可以减小摩擦功耗。
Combining the average flow model with the Hahn method, a numerical solution method for the lubrication analysis of dynamic bearing with surface roughness effect was proposed. The effects of different journal variance ratios, surface orientation parameters and surface roughness on dynamic load Influence of Bearing Lubrication Performance. The lubrication status of the first main bearing of 4105 diesel engine is analyzed by using this algorithm. The calculation results show that the first main bearing is in full fluid lubrication and the frictional power consumption can be reduced by reducing the surface roughness.
