本文以氨水为主含有碳、氮、氧、硫、硼物质的五元共渗剂为例,研究了在渗剂中添加不同种类的催渗剂,对高速钢刀具五元共渗渗层组织和性能的影响。结果表明,添加微量A型催渗剂(4g/l)可获得最佳性能,与未加催渗剂的五元共渗相比,钻头寿命提高3—4倍,与质量良好的氧氮化相比,提高约5倍。此外,本文对添加催渗剂能大幅度提高高速钢刀具性能的原因进行了初步探讨。
